Grow Book Return Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items that were purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
Subject to the terms below, you may return your Grow Book purchase (“Item”) for refund within 14 days of the purchase. Your Item must be unused, in the condition received, and in the original packaging (collectively, the “Return Condition”). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. To process your return request, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
If your Item was a gift and marked “gift” at purchase, you may return it subject to the conditions set forth in the preceding paragraph, for a Grow Book gift certificate. (However, note that a refund request for a purchase not marked “gift” will be processed as a regular return for the buyer – so they will receive any eligible refund and notice that the Item was returned).
If your Item is used, not in the condition received, or is not in the original packaging, we may reject your refund request or may optionally offer a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. Notification of your refund request will be sent via email. Refunds on approved requests will be initiated promptly and credited to your credit card or other original method of payment.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If we sent you the wrong item, or your Item arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement. Please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your Item for a replacement.
