Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups oat milk or milk or juice 
  • 1/4 cup toasted oatmeal 
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 medium sized banana 
  • 2/3 cup fresh micro broccoli 
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or 2 dates 
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
